Launching of the web site of IUML
The web site of the Institut Universitaire Mer et Littoral (IUML) is now online. The federation CNRS IUML is multi-disciplinary research group consisting of 17 research teams with 450 teaching-researchers, resaerchers and engineers from the Université de Nantes, CNRS, IFREMER, Ecole Centrale de Nantes, Université du Maine and Université d’Angers.
IUML is organized through a scientific and strategic project aiming at better positioning researchers and labs working locally in marine sciences on the national and European arenas. By its critical size, IUML is one of the top marine research and training clusters in France.One of the key features of this cluster lies in the spetrum of topics covered by the research units and the number of its collaborative projects between various disciplines.
COSELMAR relies on the skills and know-how of the the research teams of the IUML in various domains. The work carried out by COSELMAR generally involves teams from the federation.
